Can I access the platform from any device?

The THX platform is accessible from any device with an internet connection

What happens if I forget my password?

You can reset your password within the platform should you forget it

Are there any limits to the number of users per subscription?

Yes. The THX platform is designed for a single user with a unique email address.

Can I integrate THX with other tools?

THX cannot be integrated with other tools as far as API connections at this time.

Can I export my data?

Users cannot export data at this time.

What happens to my data if I cancel my account?

A user's data will be held within our database so that the account can be reactivated in the future should you decide to purchase a subscription again. 

How do I provide feedback or suggest new features?

The data is in a pool of information within one cloud-based database so no information will be lost from any subscriber
