Terms & Conditions for the 2025 Cannabis Industry Expo Package Giveaway

1.           By entering the 2025 Cannabis Industry Expo Package Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2.           Eligibility:
This Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Employees, agents, and affiliates of The High Index and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3.           No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is required to enter or win this Giveaway. Entry is free and open to all eligible participants. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4.           How to Enter:
To enter, participants must join the mailing list on our website from now until midnight on New Year's Eve. One entry per email address. Duplicate entries or multiple submissions from the same email address will be disqualified.

5.           Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected completely at random. The selection will be conducted by The High Index, and no other method of selection will be considered. The decision of the Giveaway organizers is final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

6.           Notification:
Winners will be notified via email and announced on social media on January 1, 2025 (New Year's Day). If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, another winner may be selected at random.

7.           Prize Details:
The 2025 Cannabis Industry Expo Package includes tickets to multiple cannabis events, booth setup at the Ohio Cannabis Health and Business Summit, and additional prizes as outlined on our promotional page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other goods or services.

8.           Charity Donation Option:
The winner may choose to donate the cash value of the prize to a charity of their choice. If the winner chooses this option, no compensation or alternate prize will be provided.

9.           Limitation of Liability:
By participating, all entrants release The High Index, its affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and directors from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10.       Termination of Entries:
The High Index reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at its discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or technical failures. Any entry found to be in violation of these terms will be disqualified.

11.       General Terms:
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. The High Index reserves the right to cancel or modify this Giveaway at any time, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. Any attempts to tamper with the entry process, or engage in any fraudulent activities, will result in immediate disqualification.

12.       No Binding Agreement:
This Giveaway is not a binding agreement, and submission of an entry does not guarantee a win. The High Index makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the prize. The High Index will not be held liable for any lost or undelivered entries.

13.       Standard Giveaway Disclaimer:
This Giveaway is similar in nature to past giveaways conducted by The High Index and follows similar rules and guidelines as those previous events. By participating, entrants agree to these same terms as laid out in prior promotions.
